Product specifications: 5-25μm, 15-45μm, 15-53μm, 45-75μm, 45-105μm, 75-150μm. (Various granularities can be customized according to customer requirements)

 

Powder characteristics: high purity (≥99.9%), ultra-low oxygen (≤600ppm), high sphericity (≥98%), uniform particle size distribution, excellent flow properties (≤8.0s/50g) and high bulk density (≥6.5g/cm3) and tap density (≥8.0g/cm3).

 

Applicable processes: laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser cladding ( LC) and other processes.


Powder application: Tantalum has excellent biocompatibility, and tantalum implants formed by 3D printing have the elastic modulus closest to human cartilage tissue, making them the most ideal orthopedic implant materials.  Rf plasma spheroidized tantalum powder has the characteristics of high sphericity, good fluidity, high purity, large loose density, full density inside particles, no hollow powder, etc., which is widely used in biomedical field.
