Place the shipping label on the package & drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

 


 

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the shipped date. Late returns may result in a fee.
During the Holiday season merchandise shipped between Nov 1st and Dec 26th, can be return after 30 days as long as it arrives at our warehouse by January 8th.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all tags attached.

Footwear must include the original vendor shoe box in its original condition, without any postal labels placed on the box. Damages to or omission of this box may result in a fee.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note that Designer Studio does not offer pre-paid returns on international orders.

 

Refunds & Processing Time

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment or as store credit (upon request/approval) within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional 2-4 business days to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
