Domestic Shipping (USA) We offer FREE Standard Shipping within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.* Transit time for Standard Shipping is between 3 to 8 business days. We also offer expedite delivery through Federal Express based on weight and destination.** Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM PST will be processed immediately and they usually shipped the same day. We do not process orders on Saturdays & Sundays; therefore orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out the following Monday. For Expedite delivery through Federal Express, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST. Overnight Delivery orders placed on Friday by 12:00 PM will arrive the following Monday. Saturday delivery is available at special request and with applicable fees. Expedite delivery through Federal Express service types:

International Shipping (Worldwide) Designer studio offers worldwide international shipping. Costs for international shipping are calculated based on weight of item(s) and destination country. All international shipments are insured and with a tracking number provided. The transit time is between 5 to15 business days, yet occasionally orders may be delayed by customs for several weeks. Designer Studio also offers expedited international shipping to Russian Federation, "SPSR Express". Transit times typically are 6-8 business days for European part of Russian Federation and 8-10 business days for all other territories. Occasionally orders may be delayed by customs for several days. Please note, SPSR Express will require a copy of the customer's passport (first page with the photo and the registration address page) for all orders over $260. NOTE: Transit times are estimate and delivery dates are not guaranteed. We do not offer free shipping or free returns on international orders. Please note, International orders are often subject to duties and taxes set by the country of destination and will be billed upon arrival. Helpful tip: We have found that customers are less likely to be charged duties and taxes on small multiple orders as opposed to one large order. Credit Card Verification Designer Studio might require an additional procedure to verify information on some orders. When you place an order with us (DesignerStudioStore.com), you agree to that possible Small Charge Verification (SCV). The Small Charge Verification procedure works as follows: 1) You will be notified through an email when the SCV is required for your order 2) Your card will be charged a small amount, greater than $0 but less than $3.00 USD. This is a separate charge from your actual order. 3) You will need to check with your bank institution to see how much was charged. 3) Notify us via e-mail at support@designerstudiostore.com with that amount. 4) We will ship your order as soon the SCV has been confirmed. A refund for the amount of the verification charged will be credited back to your account within 24 to 48 hours. Shipment Status Designer Studio will send you a confirmation email with your order number, after you have completed your purchase. In addition we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your merchandise has been shipped. The tracking number will allow you to track the status of your shipment as well as expected arrival time. Designer Studio will contact you if the merchandise you purchased is currently not in stock, or if we need additional information for credit or address verification.
