Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Designerstudiostore.com offers FREE shipping on All U.S. orders of $75 or more. Orders are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2-3 days. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that USPS Prioriry mail arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Express Shipping at an additional charge. Please, note that all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping (Worldwide)
Designer studio offers Worldwide international shipping. Usually transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally orders may be delays by customs for several weeks. Designer studio also offers expedited international shipping. Shipping time is typically 3-6 days, but orders may be delayed in customs.

Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price Designer Studio charges, and are billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. As a helpful tip, we have found customers are less likely to be charged duties and taxes on multiple smaller orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country.

 

Returns & Replacements
You can return your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with it. We will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.

Please, make a note that since November 15 2009 a restocking fee of 15% off will be applied when returning jackets.
     
  * 14 - day full refund, less shipping cost on all qualifying returns.
  * 30 - day exchange / store credit period on qualifying returns.

You can return your purchase for up to 14 days of your orders arrival date for a full refund , less shipping cost an accordance with the original payment method.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

It is recommended that footwear is tried on in a clean, carpet area, as shoes may be returned in new condition with no streaks or scuffs.
Due to hygienic concerns, underwear and swimwear may not be return or exchanged.

Sale Items


Items that are purchased at a discount of 30% or less off the original sale price are considered "Sale Items". Sale items qualify for exchange / store credit ONLY. Sale items must be postmarked (shipped) within three (3) days of your orders arrival date.

Clearance Items

All items purchased at a discount greater then 30% are considered "Clearance items" and therefore are a final sale.

Return shipping is paid by customer. We will pay for the return shipping if there is a damage of the items or our mistake. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will take care of everything.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit quantity of product we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Designer Studio website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.
Payment

Designer Studio accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card automatically after check out process.

Shipping And Delivery

For security reasons, Designer Studio online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped via USPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. USPS priority mail or Express mail) orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Designer Studio cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Return

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a period of 14 days from the your order delivered. Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip. We will also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.
 Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.
 Defective Merchandise: Include any items that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty items to us. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packaging slip. We’ll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meet the guidelines below.
Designer Studio will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in designer studio’s sole discretion.
