Faconnable began in the South of France in a small tailor shop on the rue Paradis in Nice. Mr. Jean Goldberg gained visibility on the Riviera as his skills were increasingly in demand by would-be actors in need of evening wear during the Cannes Film Festival. It was at this time that his son Mr. A. Goldberg learned the invaluable skill of being a master tailor.In the late 60's Mr. A.
